WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?


Haircare Products ship within 48 hours and have a standard transit time of 5-7 business days. (holidays or inclement weather may increase ship time) Hair Extensions take 1-3 days to process with a standard transit time of 5-7 business (holidays or inclement weather may increase ship time) All orders ship from our location in Fort Worth,Tx Orders ship via USPS and tracking information is provided once your order has left our facility. HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR ONE80HAIR EXTENSIONS


-We recommend clensing your extensions at least every 2 weeks and air dry completely before styling. -Before sleeping or exercising, thoroughly brush and plait your hair in a few braids or twists and cover with a satin scarf and or bonnet. -Avoid regular heat styling as this will also lead to damage and breakage. Use flexi rods to maintain your waves & curls without heat. Keep styling tools under 400 degrees and ALWAYS use heat protectant. -Avoid using oily products near the wefts of your bundles. This can ultimately weaken the weft construction and lead to shedding. Tips to reduce future shedding: -one80hair bundles are tightly constructed with quality bonding material that minimizes shedding. -Do not cut wefts during installation, or seal wefts prior to installation -minimize the use heat styling tools, -Keep hair nourished and moisturized with Manetain products -Condition hair at least every 2 weeks or have hair regularly maintained by a licensed stylist




WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I USE?


Try to use moisturizing or silkening shampoos & conditioners to prevent damage and breakage. With true virgin hair no two bundles are the same so once you find products that work for your hair, limit their use to only a few days per week. WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?


Simply reply to your Order Confirmation Email immediately and give us the correct information. In most cases we can make the correction within 12 hours




CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?


Your order can be cancelled for a full refund ONLY if it has not been fulfilled. Email us at hello@180hair.com to discuss other options for order cancellation.




WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?


If you received your product crushed, leaking, broken or unusable please do the following: Email us at hello@180hair.com and include: 1. Your order number. 2. A picture of the damaged product. Once received, we will contact you regarding your package.
